We write to you with great excitement that we will be opening again this week with increased safety precautions and new policies. These are all designed to ease the process of reopening in these times of uncertainty.
Experimental Hours: To accommodate different schedules, we will be changing our hours slightly. We will now be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. We hope this accommodates people who are often unable to get to the store during the regular 10 – 5 business day.
Sneeze Guards: We have invested in having sneeze guards installed throughout the store in order to protect our customers and employees. These are designed to prevent the spread of germs and allow for the safest interactions when buying and selling.
Masks: Our employees will all be wearing masks for the foreseeable future. These masks don’t protect the wearer nearly as much as they protect others. So if you have a mask or other face covering we would ask that you would wear it when you come in.
Bullion: We have received another large shipment of silver and will finish filling even our largest short orders at the beginning of this week. Our stock is mainly back to normal, but feel free to call in and see if we can fulfill your order same day before you come in if you are worried.
Premiums: International premiums have remained largely the same, and higher than pre-coronavirus. Please click here for current premiums on silver or call us for gold premiums.
Curb-side: Due to the fact we are opening, we will be ending curb-side bullion delivery.
Selling Scrap: For medium and large quantities of scrap or miscellaneous gold and silver such as flatware, broken jewelry or collectors sets, we will likely ask you to leave it for us to sort and evaluate. This is so that we can minimize in-person time and decrease the likelihood of anyone passing viruses. We are happy to call you with a final price and even mail you a check so that you can avoid contact as much as possible.
Sanitization: We will be cleaning surfaces regularly throughout the day and washing our hands as much as possible. We have also set up a sanitation station in the center of the store where we ask you to use some hand sanitizer before buying or selling.
Mother’s Day: We have taken these few weeks of store closure to greatly increase our jewelry inventory. We have mounted a plethora of Montana sapphires, as well as various sterling silver jewelry items. Swing by to get a perfect Mother’s Day present.
Thank you for your support during these times and we hope to be able to process all of your orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions or want to place an order, feel free to give us a call at 406-752-2646. We truly have missed our customers and are excited to get back to normality.
